We just wrapped up another successful neighbourhood video for Toronto REALTOR® Ari Zadegan and thought we would share it with you. Ari came to Iconica looking to create high impact marketing materials that she could use to promote herself online. Her goal was to promote her extensive knowledge of, and experience in, the neighbourhood of Bayview & York Mills. We quickly decided a neighbourhood video was the perfect fit.
After a brief meeting with our creative team to discuss her goals and objectives, we finalized the concept of the video and got to work. We decided that the focus would be to educate people about the neighbourhood, while at the same time allowing Ari to establish a level of trust and rapport with the audience. The video would mostly speak to people considering buying a property in the neighbourhood, but would also help her portray a professional image that would appeal to sellers.
The final video exceeded Ari’s expectations, and we have no doubt it will be a valuable resource in her online marketing efforts.
The first step was creating a script. We worked with Ari to create a script that would be educational, but also connect on a personal level, giving people a glimpse of her love and affection for the area. Once the script was finalized, a shot list was created outlining the visuals that we would need to tell her story. Then it was time to shoot. In a half day we shot all of Ari’s personal interview footage and shots of her throughout the community. Then the Iconica video team finished out the rest of the shooting and editing on their own.
