Our schedule-savvy real estate clients are already getting ready for the busy season. When your phone is ringing off the hook and your inbox is quickly filling with enquiries, the last thing you want to worry about is printing some extra business cards or signs! You’ll want to use your time as efficiently as possible, tending to your clients, so we highly recommend that you have the following items ready before September.
You’ll need at least one to two boxes (500-1000) to last through the season. If you’re running low, reorder now! If you’re in need of a refresh/redesign, a new business card design can be turned around quickly and printed in time for September.

Make sure you have a sufficient number of “For Sale” signs and “Open House” signs ready to go. You never know how busy you might be and you don’t want to get stuck without a sign when you get a listing.
Having a stack of Listing Presentations and Buyer’s Guides will make your life so much easier. You may not have time in September or October to get all of your materials together before meeting a potential client, so now is the time! Printing a personal brochure is a great idea as well.
