A Bold New Brand Identity for Lynne Elkind

We recently had the opportunity to work with Lynne Elkind, a real estate agent in the Toronto area, to refresh her brand identity. Lynne approached us with a desire for something new and fresh – a design that would reflect her unique personal style. The goal was to create a brand that felt as lively as Lynne herself! Drawing on Lynne’s love for the Palm Beach style and eclectic decor, we set out to craft a logo that blends sophistication with playful charm. The design process focused on balancing a luxurious feeling with approachability. 

A central element of the new brand identity is the use of a window motif which symbolizes Lynne offering her clients a clear view of their next dream home. The window graphic also stays rooted in the real estate theme. What truly makes Lynne’s brand stand apart, however, is its colour palette. The combination of a hot pink and a rich navy blue creates an unmistakable presence. The pink adds a touch of fun and femininity, while the navy blue provides some sophisticated grounding. This bold pairing is rarely seen in real estate branding, setting Lynne’s identity apart in the marketplace.

The typography we selected is elegant, with just a hint of whimsy. The typefaces blend classic refinement with an approachable feeling, creating the perfect balance of modernity and charm. Additionally, the brand features a flexible design with a range of icons and colour-ways, allowing Lynne to maintain a consistent brand presence while adding some versatility. The result is a brand identity that truly reflects Lynne – stylish and effortlessly chic. This new identity not only aligns with Lynne’s vision but also resonates with her target audience, offering a fresh and exciting take.
