We just finished the branding project for Studio Maya (logo, business cards, letterhead, sticker, signage etc.) and are quickly working on the website to get it up and running for her Studio’s Open day this month.

With three simple classes on the menu, each satisfying different components of health and fitness, they have made it their studio’s mission to create an easy, breezy recipe for success…no matter how you may choose to mix them up.
UrbanTone: An interval-based muscle and cardio conditioning class, set to energizing beats from every musical genre on the planet, without all the complication of intimidating moves or equipment. This class began six years ago as a one-woman bedroom dance party, and has evolved to be one of the most exciting and effective group fitness classes out there!
MaYoga: A fusion stretch and restorative class specially designed for the yogi in everyone. This classic Hatha/Vinyasa style yoga has left all the classic postures untouched, but added in a few modern twists on some other poses we feel you might also enjoy.
UrbanLates: This creative spin on a classic pilates/core-strengthening class will leave you philosophically questioning why you have allowed the “standard crunch” to continue to prevail in your fitness regime. Their functional core conditioning class focuses on bolstering balance, posture and overall core strength; the perfect compliment to both our UrbanTone and MaYoga classes.
The owner “Maya Salmona” will get you into shape in no time. Her energy is contagious and will quickly rub off on you and get you pumped up to get in shape or get that shape back.
