Just Branded: A Fresh New Brand Identity for Andrew Campian Real Estate

At Iconica, we love bringing bold visions to life, and our recent project with Andrew Campian is the perfect example. Andrew came to us looking to elevate his personal brand as a trusted and experienced real estate professional in the GTA. We wanted to create a visual identity that felt current and refined, while still remaining approachable.

The brand had to work across a wide range of applications – from web and social media, to signage and direct mail, and a typographic based approach felt just right. We explored a variety of directions, deciding to focus on geometric letterforms and clean linework. The result is a timeless, structured mark. The custom “AC” monogram sits confidently within a framed square, conveying stability and balance. We paired the icon with a clean sans serif wordmark. The use of a deep, rich, forest green-black and a soft olive gold stand out as a truly unique colour palette selection. 

This brand wasn’t just about a logo—it was about setting a tone across every touch point, from print to web. We carried the visual identity seamlessly into a custom designed website that reinforces the Andrew Campian brand aesthetic. The site is polished and intuitive, with thoughtful design choices that mirror the professionalism of the brand, using smart typography, the AC colour palette, and a layout built for ease of navigation. Every detail was crafted to reflect Andrew’s elevated new branding.
