We recently had the pleasure of working with our valued long-time client, Toronto real estate agent Helen Braithwaite, to update her brand. Helen’s goal for the brand refresh was to better reflect her boutique-level, one-on-one approach to real estate.
The new brand identity for Helen is a seamless blend of her favourite interior design and architectural influences, infused with a touch of fun. The logo features clean, geometric lines with a strong, minimalist design. The icon, integrated alongside the logo text, adds an element of versatility. It can be used on its own or with text across various platforms and layouts. To complement the logo, we developed a set of additional icons that can be used as accents in various marketing materials, offering Helen flexible design options.
The colour palette chosen for Helen’s brand is one of understated elegance, a balance of muted blues with accents of black and white. This colour scheme conveys professionalism while also appealing to a wide audience.
The final result is a brand identity that is both contemporary and sophisticated, perfectly capturing the spirit of Helen Braithwaite’s services.
